The brewers at Pembroke Farms Brewing Co are getting ready to brew another batch of suds, this time we'll be cooking up an American Pale Ale, the only problem is we have yet to come up with a name for it. So, we're going to let you vote for the name, the poll closes February 28, which is the day I will be cracking the first one open. Now you don't want me drinking an unamed Pale Ale do ya, let's get voting then.This will be a 5 gallong batch, we'll be using Cascade hops at the 15 min mark and at flameout.
